Certainly! Hair and Adornments are included within our online pricing for bookings. However, please note that Adornments are entirely optional—clients are not required to add them to their style unless desired. Our pricing also includes up to one feather as part of the service, with additional feathers available at an extra cost. If you have specific preferences or requests, such as the use of Human Hair or other adjustments to your style, we encourage you to speak directly with a representative. This will ensure that you receive a fully accurate quote tailored to your needs.
If our calendar is fully booked, we strive to accommodate clients by exploring alternative options and ensuring a smooth scheduling process. To request an appointment, please reach out to us via email and include the following information:
- Your First and Last Name – This helps us identify and communicate with you promptly.
- Images of Your Desired Style – Sharing reference photos allows us to better understand your vision and preferences.
- Images of Your Desired Hair Color – Providing photos of the color you are interested in helps us prepare for your specific needs.
- Desired Hair Length – Mention the length you are aiming for, whether shoulder length, mid-back, waist length, or longer.
- Your Availability – Provide a range of dates that work for you, so we can review multiple options to find the closest available appointment.

Interested in shipping info and processing time?
We strive to ensure your orders are processed and shipped as quickly as possible, with the goal of shipping all orders within the first week of purchase. Please note delivery times may vary depending on the product category. For AdornMe Boxes & Moroccan Boxes and Luxe Bundle Boxes, processing typically takes 7-10 days ( Shipping is separate from processing time ). Individual Braiding Packs, Hair Products, and Hair Accessories are shipped within 1-2 days ( Shipping is separate from processing time ). For FauxLocs, processing may take slightly longer, ranging from 7-12 days ( Shipping is separate from processing time ). We appreciate your patience and assure you that we are committed to providing a smooth and timely delivery process for all our customers.
